Returns & Refunds
If the client is not completely satisfied with his purchase, he can simply inform us immediately and return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt.
The item can be returned, if the item:
- is unused and with all its original garment tags still attached
- is clean and not modified
- is still in its original package (opened but original as sent by us)
Returns that do not meet our policy, will not be accepted and send back to you .
We will issue a refund upon receipt and an examination. The refund will be credited to the original payment method you used. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to differing processing times between payment providers. The refund does not include the shipping fee.

In case your returned item doesn’t meet our policy, we will inform you via email and send the parcel back to the original address.
Shipping and return postage is down to the client.
Please note that the product is your responsibility until it is received and signed by or for us. We don’t take responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We recommend to send the return via a secure and traceable courier who can insure the parcel. We strongly encourage to obtain proof of posting and to keep it safe.
Extra community & oversea shipping
For orders placed outside the European Union, customs charges may be due and are the responsibility of the recipient.
To receive the package, the recipient must pay the possible taxes, duties and fees imposed by the laws of their country. It is a necessary condition to be able to receive the merchandise.
If the recipient refuses to pay the customs duty costs and the package has to be sent back to the Maria Kalkoff storage, the refund that will be issued by Maria Kalkoff to the recipient will not contain the initially payed shipping cost! Additionally, if the obligated return of the order to Maria Kalkoff will cause any additional shipping cost, these will also be deducted from the refund! In a case customs destroy the package because they can’t deliver due to the unpayment of the customs cost, the recipient won’t receive any refund!
